This brand new meetup is bound to crack you up. We'll be dubbing a crappy Spanish TV soap opera, play hilarious party games, watch the absolute worst movie ever produced by mankind and plenty, plenty more.
Funbase is a the perfect place to unwind and meet new fun-loving people with similar interests. Also perfect for expats, since our primary language is English and there's a mixed crowd of people from around the world.
When you get to the big gate at Asterweg 20, just follow the yellow dotted lines on the road until you get to a playground. Enter the gate and Funbase will be on your left hand side.
Check out who's going to the event on Saturday the 21st of October 2017. Want to join? Then sign up before it's too late! We can host for up to 50 people.
Have fun and meet new people while you laugh your ass off.
Door opens at 14:30, but you can drop by whenever you like.
Together with 2 to 3 people you can play a fun improv game where you choose a character in a TV soap and then dub their voice.
We can make your wish to become a part-time surgeon come true. Or have you always dreamt of working in a boring office cubicle? We've got you covered.
Come play new (and old) party games that'll make you ROFL. We added some gems to the selection, like 'What do you MEME', 'Rick & Morty themed Munchkin' and a 'Mr Meeseeks' game.
Join us all for dinner and continue having fun long after!
What's the absolute worst movie you've ever seen? Well, it's probably a masterpiece compared to Birdemic. A movie bound to make you cringe, laugh uncontrollably and question life.
We crowd-sourced a lot of fantastic ideas from the Funbase tribe, so we'll announce more activities soon!
Now you know. And knowing is half the battle.
We're at Asterweg 20N in Amsterdam. Bus stops and the ferry from Amsterdam Central are at walking distance and there's free parking at the door.
No more fiddling around with cash or having to pay up front. Simply pay by card before you leave the party.
We have lots of games for you to play, but you're more than welcome to bring your own. If we like it, we'll probably add the game to our own collection.
Do you fellas speak Klingon? Can I bring my pet turtle? Read to find out.
Nope. Not in the slightest. :)
We're all friendly folk and new people quickly feel at home at Funbase. Many of our 'regulars' first signed up alone and met new friends through our parties/meetups.
Of course! We open our doors at 14:30, but it's no problem at all if you join us later in the afternoon (or evening for that matter).
We serve dinner at around 19:00 and the rest of the day you're free to do and play whatever you want.
